Spending over 25 years in the Food/Beverage & Hospitality industry organizing weddings, social events, corporate galas and convention meetings, William always makes sure every event is delivered flawlessly.
William has planned dinners for 15 to 100,000 guests, coordinated high-profile weddings for Celebrity and Sports Figures as well as designed events for dignitaries. He has executed many events including the 50th Celebration of D-Day in Cherbourg, France on board a naval vessel, MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 and for “Platinum Weddings” on the WEtv Network. Along the way he has acquired a keen understanding of what makes an event special including persistent attention to detail paired with creativity and sensitivity to the needs and dreams of the client.

With an educational background in Business, Arts and Cuisine, William utilizes the importance of key ingredients when it comes to decor and design, menu writing, wine pairings and outside the box events.
